Government Measures 2012

The transition from 2011 to 2012 has brought a change of government in Spain and we have found that due to the tremendous crisis which faces the new PP government, no choice but to adopt a series of measures cuts mainly economic, labor and tax, in this case higher taxes , nothing pleasing to the Spanish people, but according to D. Mariano Rajoy, the new Spanish prime minister and his cabinet, are essential to return to Spain to the place that should never stop taking and to follow the footsteps of the European Union and not get mired in misery. The new government summarizes some key points which we shall discuss.
Deficit Reduction
Given that in Spain we are currently in an economic situation where the difference between revenues and expenditures for the latter has led to a totally deficient. To remedy this situation since the new government intends to savings of 16,500 million euros in certain items that will receive the Public Service according to the modification of Tado’s Budget for 2012.
Public Administration Reform
Among the measures to take concerning the different Public Administrations in Spain we are mainly with the aim to avoid duplication in the exercise of their functions, and thus significantly reduce personnel costs and maintenance, and other diverse as operation and organization, which occur when multiple agencies performing the same tasks in the same areas.
Restructuring Banking and Financial
Another highlight of the new governance with which we find throughout the year 2012 will be regulating the Spanish banking system.
