Among couples who had addressed the issue in Quebec, it is men who seemed most likely to address this issue in 51% of cases. Across Canada, Quebecers are more likely to have argued with their spouse about life insurance, 55% of cases against 32% nationally. The most conflict is whether or not such insurance in 41% of cases against 19% across Canada.

When it comes to making important decisions, the survey indicates that Quebecers believe that women are more likely to be emotional (92%) and show an excess of caution (78%) and that men are more likely to be indifferent (78%) and being self-centered (75%).
