Rate a holding is easy in theory, since its theoretical value is the sum of the value of their shares in the market at any given time. For example, a holding company has the following shares, valued at market price at a particular time:
- EUR 1,000 MM in Telefónica
- 800 MM euros in shares in Endesa
- 300 MM euros in shares Acerinox
Its theoretical value is EUR 2,100 mm (1,000 + 800 + 300).
